This page identifies current BOMSync legal documents and provides the framework for retaining superseded versions.
BOMSync maintains prior versions so customers can determine which terms applied during an earlier period. The version and effective date shown within each archived document control.

2. Superseded versions
Before replacing a live legal document, BOMSync should preserve an immutable copy and publish it through this archive with:
- document name;
- version;
- effective date;
- superseded date;
- archived URL; and
- any note needed to identify the customers or service period to which it applied.
Known prior document
The Terms of Service Version 2.0 identifies that it supersedes Terms of Service Version 1.0 dated September 11, 2026.
Implementation requirement before Version 2.0 goes live: preserve the currently applicable Version 1.0 text and publish an archived copy rather than overwriting the only available version.

If other live legal documents predate the October 1, 2026 package, Cursor should preserve them in the same manner before replacement.
3. Archive table
The website should populate this section only with archived documents that actually exist.

Do not publish a link to an archive route until the archived content exists at that route.
4. Which version applies
Unless an Order Form or other signed agreement states otherwise:
- the version effective during the relevant subscription period applies as provided by the governing agreement;
- a new version takes effect according to its stated effective date and the change provisions in the Terms;
- an Order Form, MSA, DPA, or other signed document may have precedence as stated in that agreement; and
- an archived document is retained for historical reference and does not by itself replace a current agreement.
5. Accuracy and integrity
Archived legal documents should be treated as read-only historical records.
BOMSync should not silently edit an archived version. If a formatting or archival error must be corrected, the correction should be identified without changing the historical substantive terms.
6. Requesting a prior version
If a prior version is not yet available through the public archive, a customer may request it from:
