Tell us about your team and the capabilities you need. You will see Starter or Professional platform pricing plus any add-ons—ERP, API, and FM are not tied to a $144K Enterprise floor.

This tool gives you a planning estimate only. It is not a quote or invoice. Final tax and payment method depend on your contract—tax is calculated on invoices (or at card checkout for smaller self-serve purchases).

If your organization is tax-exempt, upload your certificate during onboarding or contact us—we will apply your exemption after verification.

Integrations and advanced capabilities

These are annual add-ons on your platform tier. A 15-person shop connecting a modest ERP should not need Enterprise list pricing.

Sign in with your organization’s Azure AD / SSO—central identity for office users.
Connect purchase orders, receipts, or items with your ERP. Implementation is one-time; maintenance is annual.
REST API access for integrations, automation, and custom apps against your tenant data.
Controlled collaboration across organizations (sales agent, JV, or supply-chain partners)—quoted with sales.
3D–6D solver scenarios (schedule, cost constraints); compute hours metered separately.
Facility management and 7D lifecycle views for owned assets after handover.

Regulated or public-sector program

Government, infrastructure, geographic data location, or global operations use tailored proposals—we do not show public list totals for those programs.

Geographic hosting on dedicated tenant infrastructure—not on-prem source code or database licensing.

Included in every platform tier

BIM Intelligence (BIM-to-BOM) is core to BOMSync—it is part of your Starter or Professional platform floor, not a separate add-on.

RFQ and tendering with vendor invites, quote comparison, and award paths into procurement.
Submittal registers, transmittals, and external upload portals for trade partners.
Shipments, vendor ASN portal, preship readiness, scan/receive, and logistics dashboards.

Managed storage (250 GB blocks)

Retail-aligned hot, warm, and cold tiers. Your platform tier includes active (hot) storage first; warm and cold are priced per block.

$30/block/mo (~$0.12/GB). Tier-included hot storage applies first.
$12.50/block/mo (~$0.05/GB).
$5/block/mo (~$0.02/GB). Retrieval fees apply when data is rehydrated.

Other optional add-ons

Metered pool—billed per active shop/field user per month on top of your platform tier.
6+ seats use org flat rate ($4,500/yr).
